The best beach in Panama, some people say. And itīs hard to disagree. Several miles of sandy beach, secluded, private, and largely undeveloped. You can buy lots in popular beaches in Costa Rica for $700 per square meter (Samara beach in Guanacosta, for example), or near Panama City (Gorgona, Coronado) for $300-$400 per square meter. But those beaches, beautiful though they may be, are crowded and fully developed.
If you are attracted to the idea of living on a quiet, peaceful, uncrowded, tropical beach, where you can stroll along the waterīs edge at sunset without seeing another soul, you should think about Las Lajas beach.
These titled lots are located in the only development on Las Lajas beach. More than half are already sold, but some very nice ones remain. They are priced between $100 and $150 per square meter and range between roughly 1000 and 3000 square meters in size, with frontage of 30 meters per lot.
Some of the lots are directly on the beach. Some are set back 100 meters from the beach, but still provide easy access to the ocean.
The owner has several
home designs to choose from and will arrange construction. Electricty
and direct road access are provided to each lot.
