Chiriqui province has the most varied and dramatic natural environment in Panama.  These are only some of the many activities available in Chiriqui:

• Hiking in national parks (like Amistad in the highlands, where you can walk among hundreds of thousands of acres of pristine tropical cloud forest)
• White water rafting in coastal rivers
• Diving and snorkelling among hundreds of coastal islands
• World class sport fishing near Boca Chica (reported catches include a 78 pound Red Snapper and a 1400 pound Black Marlin)
